Inspired by the architect Mike Reynolds, Earthship Biotecture Deutschland aim to implement the principles of Earthship Biotecture in the urban context of Berlin. Earthship Biotecture incorporates the concepts of passive heating and cooling, generation of solar and wind energy, use of environmentally responsive materials, water harvesting and food production.
The questions of what to build and where the first earthship should be developed remain.
