“DESIS Network”
DESIS is a network of labs based in design schools across 36 countries, involved in promoting and supporting a sustainable change. The network maps creative communities that improve the quality of life of their surroundings from the bottom-up and explores the role of design in this process.
Among various lines of research within the network, there is a growing interest in exploring how these communities are being represented, in terms of communication.
On Thursday, we will introduce the network and discuss the pertinence of communication design especially in the field of moving images.
